All of my treatments are tailored to suit my client's desires and needs. I use organic oil blends to incorporate into each treatment and this can change according to the assessment with each client.
The use of CBD can be used alongside my treatments to help with inflammatory and create total relaxation.
All my treatments are performed in a comfortable and welcoming space and I use many different methods of healing which will be determined during my client's assessment.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage uses firm pressure points to reach the deeper layers of muscle and fascia (connective tissue surrounding the muscle) Its used for chronic aches & pains and contracted areas such as a stiff neck, upper back, lower back pain, leg muscles tightness and sore shoulders.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a holistic healing method that involves pressure and massage of reflex points in the feet. the reflexes that are found through the mapping of the feet and body will help aid blood and oxygen circulation, relieves stress, heals painful areas, and builds an overall sense of deep calm from head to toe.

CBD Remedial Massage
CBD Remedial Massage involves working the soft tissue of the body, to ease day-to-day stresses and muscular tension, and promote relaxation. It helps to increase delivery of blood and oxygen to the treated areas and can also be used in support of other therapies to assist in the rehabilitation of muscular injuries.

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage can release areas of pain and tension by applying gentle pressure to the upper back arms and shoulders, the massage will then move to the neck and the head to further release pressure and increase your blood flow and improve your circulation which can prevent migraines, headaches and can be known to relive symptoms of anxiety and depression.

MissFix Signature
This is a MissFix Bespoke Teatment which combines all of my massage and healing techniques to suit the client. During this session there will be body stretching, and reflexology to start. Followed by a tailored massage using CBD oil to promote ultimate relaxation.
